REFUND POLICY   

Ishmael (a.k.a. Patricia Clune) always operates on Spiritual Principles. You are dealing with decent and reasonable person and her integrity is assured.

Ishmael will replace any product found to be of faulty materials or faulty manufacture subject to the following conditions.

Details of your product claim must be notified by email or regular post within 5 days of their arrival in your hands. Full details of your name, address, phone and original payment method must be supplied with your claim.

If your claim is accepted we will authorise replacement or refund in writing. The faulty books or other goods must then be returned to us in mint unused condition.

Great care is taken to ensure that all shipments are carefully packed and addressed so that they will safely arrive in your hands in good condition. However, kindly understand that after your order has passed to Australia Post we are not responsible for damage or loss in transit thereafter.
